Where CCIE-Grade Expertise Meets
Business Outcomes
We are a specialist network consultancy founded by two dual-CCIE engineers with over two decades of enterprise experience across some of the world's most demanding industries — Federal, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Healthcare, Broadcast Media, and beyond. We bring that same depth of expertise to every engagement we take on.

Who We Are
Built by Engineers. Run by Architects.
Aspire IT Systems was founded on a single, uncompromising belief: that small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same calibre of network engineering that Fortune 500s and government agencies take for granted. We exist to close that gap.
At the helm are two CCIE-certified co-founders whose careers span hands-on roles at leading network manufacturers, global system integrators, and enterprise consultancies. They have designed, secured, and transformed infrastructure for some of the most operationally demanding environments in the world — from Federal government agencies and oil & gas pipelines to trading floors, broadcast facilities, and pharmaceutical research networks.
Today, that same depth of expertise underpins every engagement we take on — regardless of whether a client has 50 seats or 5,000.
Our Philosophy
We Don't Consult From a Distance
Unlike generalist IT providers who bolt on networking as a secondary service, network architecture is all we do. Our founding team stays close to the technology — actively designing solutions, reviewing configurations, and mentoring consultants — rather than managing from the boardroom.
This means when you work with Aspire IT Systems, you have genuine CCIE-level thinking applied to your environment, not delegated to a junior engineer after the sales call ends.
We are a tight-knit team of seven specialists and deliberately so. We scale our capacity to engagements, not the other way around. The result is responsive, precise, and deeply accountable service delivery.
Leadership
Both founders bring CCIE-level credentials and battle-tested experience across regulated, high-availability, and mission-critical environments spanning multiple continents and industries.
Co-Founder & Lead Network Architect
Co-Founder & Security Architecture Lead
Ashwani Ranpise
Ashwani has spent his career at the intersection of complex infrastructure and demanding enterprise customers. He has held senior system engineering roles with top-tier network manufacturers and consulting positions where he architected and deployed transformative network programs for organisations that simply cannot afford downtime.
His hands-on experience spans data centre fabrics, cloud interconnects, campus networks, SD-WAN deployments, and enterprise security architectures — built and delivered across Federal agencies, Oil & Gas pipelines, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, large-scale manufacturers, and media & broadcast environments.
Today, Ashwani defines Aspire's architectural best practices, mentors the broader team, and stays directly engaged with client environments to ensure every solution we deliver reflects genuine engineering excellence.

Co-Founder
Aspire's second co-founder brings an equally decorated career defined by enterprise security architecture, service delivery leadership, and large-scale infrastructure transformation. With deep expertise in next-generation firewall design, network access control, and multi-vendor security integration, they have led programmes for organisations where security posture is a regulatory and operational mandate — not a checkbox.
Their industry exposure is equally broad: financial institutions managing billions in daily transactions, global pharmaceutical and healthcare networks, major retail chains, manufacturers with complex OT/IT convergence requirements, and media & broadcast organisations with ultra-low-latency demands.
This co-founder leads Aspire's security practice, customer onboarding methodology, NOC service standards, and IT procurement strategy — ensuring every engagement is backed by a delivery framework that protects client outcomes.
